What do you think our roster will actually look like in two weeks? Do we only have vet minimums and the MLE to offer current free agents? If so, who are some realistic players that will take that money and be possible rotation players for us?

Carl Landry please.
You are no longer black, or brown, or yellow, or red! You are now GREEN, you are light GREEN, or dark GREEN!

Some of these guys have played for a significant amount of money before. Will guys like JRich or Jefferson actually play for the money we can offer?

Vince Carter Should have to pay the Celtics to play, and even then I wouldn't be in favor of bringing him in.

I was just throwing names out there that we might be able to get, obviously guys like Carl Landry and Dalembert will probably be out of reach, but I can hope, can't I?

I'd rather have Reggie Miller come out of retirement than those bums

I don't know who they are, but I would feel a whole bunch more comfortable with DA signing two bigs to back up JO, not just one. We will need some warm bodies to committ fouls this season when JO can't play

Why isn't Craig Smith's name getting any play?

Anyways, we need at least two of:

Kwame
Fesenko
Powe
Big Baby
Pryzbilla
Armstrong
Foster
Gray
Humphries
McRoberts
Landry
Thomas
Battie

Undersized. Weak defender, can't shoot and is a sub-par rebounder. Low level backup PF.

That's not to say he has no value. Just that he is not near the top of most people's wishlists. But he's on there somewhere. He is serviceable.

Kwame, Foster, Humprhies and Landry are too expensive for the Celtics.

Pryzbilla and Glen Davis would be the best package available.

I wouldn't mind picking Troy Murphy or Thomas for the vet minimum, but pretty sure it won't be enough.

Never said they were all realistic...I just said we need to sign two of them.

11 E'Twaun Moore 1,2
13 Gilbert Brown 2,3
14 JaJuan Johnson 4
15 Reggie Evans 4,5

Looks like JO is trying to have one good season. Also, at the end, they are looking at alternate sources of bigs from the D-League. Michael Sweetney was mentioned among them and, of course, I google'd him. Don't like him for some reason. Something about him being out of shape and undersized that reminds me of a certain someone...

sounds like a big baby replacement to me!

i think Yogi's list is probably about right, though i think delonte will be back, and i have a feeling glen davis won't.
