LA can stick it and the leprechaun rears it's little head. Now, back to talking about swapping Rajon "I can't shoot" Rondo for CP3!!

According to Broussard of ESPN, the Lakers are getting cold feet because it leaves them with only Caracter at the 4

In all seriousness, this is another P.R. fiasco for Stern, who's quickly losing his grip.

The league office should've stepped in well before we had a publicly agreed upon three way trade.

Prescient Phil Jackson:

Quote
Los Angeles Lakers coach Phil Jackson, in town to play the Hornets on Wednesday, voiced his displeasure with the transaction.

"Not happy about that," Jackson said, when asked about the purchase.

"Who's going to trade who to whom? Who's going to pull the button on trading players or when Chris says he has to be traded? How's that going to go? I don't know. Somebody's going to have to make a very nonjudgmental decision on that part that's not going to irritate anybody else in this league ... I don't know how they're going to do that."

"That's what everybody is going to be afraid of: Who is going to be helping who out?"

Phil Nostradamus Jackson.

Why didn't the league foresee this?...and that too on the heels of a bitter lockout.

Since the latest report is sayin stern wasn't willing to let players force their way to certain teams.. does this mean we can still trade for him or no??

I hear Hunter and NBPA plan to challenge it though

I wouldnt get too excited just yet, and if it doesn't go down bet it eventually does at the trade deadline.
