The biggest surprise of this abbreviated season would be if Rondo turns into a scorer. Then who the heck would care where Chris Paul went. Wouldn't it be great if Rondo could start to hit 15 foot jump shots, and turns into a 80% free throw shooter. That would be the talk of the league. With the way Rondo plays defense he would be the complete player. It also seems that the Lakers are being set up to get Dwight Howard( the dirtiest player in the NBA) so that they would challenge the 17 championships that the Celtics have. I honestly think the NBA is rigged against the Celtics. It would be a very pleasant surprise to see Rondo excel on both ends of the court.

Wouldn't it be great if Pierce, Garnett, and Allen would start the season as 25-year-olds?

Oh wait, I thought we were trading fairytale scenarios here.

Props to Danny for trying, and for knowing that rebuilding around a guard with an attitude who can't shoot is a train wreck looking for a place to happen.

Now, time to watch the accident unfold ...
