Ive always said that the NBA is rigged

I mean watching game 7 in 2010 was heartbraking for myself and 2 of my friends who were watching it

The Refs were obviously in favor of the Lakers, I mean it was just ridiclous the way they called everything in their favor

The Lakers best three players have knee issues, as has been stated before they have no bench, and a worse coach than last year. Oh, and they also got smaller, nothing about this trade should scare a Celtic fan.

Personally, I would like to thank the Lakers for stopping Danny Ainge from doing something stupid.

I'm a Yankees fan.  Now I finally understand how everyone else feels when the Yankees buy all their All-Star players.  It sucks being on the other side knowing you can't compete  :'(

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

I dont know how ANY Celtic fans can call another franchise out for bad trades or luck after what we did to Seattle and Minnesota in 2007.

Ah, just when I was starting to not hate LA more than the Heat, they can go right back to the top of the most hated teams for me!!! Hornets made out on this trade big time...they are instant top 4 in the west...Scola is totally protected at the 4 with Okafor there..perfect match...Not sure what the hell Houston is doing though....

CP3 would have put this team in a great position for this year and 2012...I'm pretty sure this isn't what he wanted.

I feel sorry for Lamar Odom. Stuck in a sixth man role again.

And behind such luminaries as Emeka Okafor and Luis Scola.

Not to mention that a divorce from Khloe Kardashian will soon be happening as there is no way that family allows one of their attention seeking, NBA loving daughter's to be married to a player in New Orleans. I mean, Kim already dumped Reggie Bush because he was playing in New Orleans and Kris Humphries because he wouldn't be playing in New York or LA.

Don't blame the Hornets.  Their return wasn't horrible.  It was the Rockets that made a truly terrible trade.

This I agree with. Though if they sign Nene, then its not completely awful because maybe they don't land Nene without having Gasol to play next to him.

Can someone please explain a tangible reason why the Rockets would do this? Scola is arguably a wash with Gasol at this point in their careers. Why do they help the Lakers in this sketchy scenario?
