With all these free agents already being signed there is still some scorers out there that we could really use

J Rich
JR Smtih
Crawford

We dont need cp3 , and the more I here him say he wont sign an extension makes me hate this trade even more. screw busted up paul we have our own elite pg and lets build from there pick up one of these scorer and grab some bigs we are good to go.

I am concerned that going out and adding an offense-oriented wing to a defense-oriented team will work out about as well as Corey Maggette in Milwaukee.

can't afford any of them. we are going to sign a bench full of min. vets like daniels, going to resign fat boy davis and use the rookies.

and in the middle of the year when JO is hurt again...and daniels is hurt again and PP is playing 40 minutes plus because we STILL have not address the back up SF position...we will realize it is just like 2010...

Yeah, I got a bad feeling that this real be a bad year for the Celtics. We have no Center except for O'Neal and he is a ticking timebomb with an injury. No bench whatsoever. I dont want Daniels, also a timebomb. We be lucky to get out of the 1st round.
The big 3 should redo their contracts like Magic Johnson did so we can get better players. Not happening
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

We can sign one player to the mini-MLE.

Also once the CP3 derby is settled we can either sign Green/Baby or sign and trade them.

Problem is we can't afford any of those guys. A guy like Vince Carter is who we'll be looking at.

Nick Young = best scorer on the market

Although, much like the players mentioned above, out of the Celtics price range. He should get paid a similar amount as those players do though.

lol he might not have a choice if we are jammed like this. The MLE to jermaine oneal was a bad decision

The MLE to jermaine oneal was a bad decision

JON may have been the only useful player the Celtics could have gotten who wouldn't have asked for three or more years.  He was the most talented big in the team's price range.  If Chuck Hayes had been a free agent last season, it would have been a bad idea to give him a full MLE max-length contract.  Two years to Jermaine O'Neal would still have been the smarter deal.
