To be honest I think we can land Deron Williams for less than what we are offering the hornets. Considering the Hornets know they won't get Paul back, I'd assume his value was low...i dont even see why they wouldn't do Paul for Rondo straight up plus I'd assume his value is sky high especially after that whole arm incident and coming back into the game, and all of those playoff runs


And to be honest if Paul plays like crap this year, the thing is we just don't S&T him, let him take the smaller salary...basically he stays with us or leaves for less $

Curry has a ton of potential still and people likely think Rondo is close to peaking out. I like Rondo more then Curry for our team, but I would seriously consider Curry over Rondo if I was starting a team from scratch and those were the two choices to build my team around. In the end I take Rondo but it isn't a no brainer bc Curry has a ton of Steve Nash in him. In fact he is better then Nash at this point in his career then Nash was.
