Although solid PGs aren't as hard to come by as solid bigs, it would suck to see him go elsewhere. He can probably start for the Lakers which might make him more interested.

Are they going to ship out Blake? West would probably be a better fit.

But if the Lakers lose Shanon Brown to free-agency and Luke Walton retires, wouldn't they need to spend their MLE in a backup wing and on a 4th big though? They only have Matt Barnes.

probally a rumor put out by LA to screw up the Boston -CP3 deal,  anything they can do to side track the C's effort to get Cp3 or D12 they are going to do it.  There is ALOT of mindgames going on.  Thats why there is no clear info on what is really going on .... playing poker, each team is messing with the others head trying to work the right deal for the right price.

...and the media feeds off of stuff that is LEAKED on purpose to misdirect other teams.

Lakers want CP3 , fine.. and maybe he he should go and become buds with creepy old Jack Nickolson .

I'll wait for Danny and Doc before I get too excited either way.

+1

Maybe it is similar to the Big Baby situation in that they are waiting for the trade to get resolved, before going after anyone (besides Quis I guess).
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

This will p--- ME OFF.

BRING HIM BACK, DANNY!!

He was the best player off our bench for a portion of the playoffs - there's no way Avery Bradley is better than him

I'd be happy to have both back.

Me too.

I also think West would be a great fit in the Lakers system, so it would be tough to see him go there.

It'd be too hard to get Delonte back. We can only sign him for 1 year which is not enough. Delonte is worth more.

We need to keep cap space. Plus other teams can offer part of their MLE which amounts to more than what we can offer.

Makes me sad but nothing we can do about it.

We just have to hope he doesn't go to the Lakers or other major contender.

Free agent guard Delonte West is considering the Suns, Lakers and Mavericks, league sources say. Re-signing with Boston is possible too.

I'm still pretty bothered by this - TJ Ford just got a vet min deal, I don't see Delonte getting much more than that (even if he is worth more). Not sure what's taking Danny so long.

Shooting Guard: Paul Westphal, Paul Pressey

Perhaps he is not sold on bringing a crazy person, who is often injured, and was a major disappointment in the playoffs last year back.

You weren't happy with how Delonte played last year in the playoffs?
