So, there's the trade that might be coming up. The NBA owns the Hornets. Does this mean that if Stern wants CP3 to go to New York, he can actually affect that deal? Who pulls the trigger?

Sorry if this question seems rather silly :p Just something that popped into my mind, and I'm somehow sure there's someone here that can answer this question ;)
