For fun:

Assume that Danny trades Rondo, and let's say BBD in a S&T, for CP3 (involving Indy, picks, whatever... doesn't matter, just say it happens), now how do you fill out the roster?

I believe Celtics would have the "Mini MLE" ($3M/year), and the Marquis Daniels ~$2M trade exemption.

Here's my first take at this (in no particular order):
(1) sign Jeff Green to QO (I doubt it will be matched).
(2) sign JaJuan Johnson to his rookie deal
(3) offer the vet min to Jeff Foster
(4) offer the $3M mini-MLE to Grant Hill
(5) sign Delonte West to whatever is allowed (last year's salary plus X%?)
(6) Scour the amnesty lists, vet FA role players to fill out the roster with min deals.

Roster:

CP3/DWest/Bradley
Ray/Grant Hill
PP/Jeff Green
KG/JaJuan Johnson
JO/Jeff Foster
Celtics fan for life.

I think if Jeff Green takes the QO you don't want to use the Mini MLE on Hill at another swing spot. Ideally you'd have Bradley/West at the 1/2, Green at the 3/4, then some combo of Hayes and JO at the 5.

CP/West/Bradley
Allen/Pierce/West/Bradley
Pierce/Green
KG/Green
Hayes/JO

Depending on what happens, keep an eye on Brandan Wright, Kelenna Azubuike, and Josh McRoberts, all of whom I'd absolutely take for the minimum, and would also split the mini MLE between 2 of them.
