And as an update on The Amnesty Clause:
*Players cut will have a 48 hour period of time where any team can pickup the players entire contract.
*After the 48 hours passes (without a waiver claim) there will be something called "secondary waivers". During this period the waived player will essentially be available to the highest bidder. The original team has to pay the player (under the table) for the entire original contract MINUS what the player is paid with his new team.
Sorry to break the news, but Baron Davis, Rashard Lewis, Gilbert Arenas, Elton Brand and all those guys IF WAIVED will most likely be going to teams like Denver, Indiana, and New Jersey (they have cap room and need to be up to 85% by the start of the season)
