No more injury-prone big men please. This guy would be a band-aid fix anyway (plus he has no offensive game); not a long-term option to build with Rondo and Green.
Unfortunately, there are zero realistic options who fit the criteria of long-term options to build with Rondo and Green who also can help us now and are not injury-prone.
Do you mean accounting for what Boston has available to spend? If so, I understand. If not, there are guys out there. Tyson Chandler, David West, and Nene, for example. I just cringe thinking about a mediocre big man coming in to put up 2 pts and 3 rbs, and then everyone throws their arms up in the air in disgust. I think the team needs to get a legit big man and do whatever it takes without giving up Rondo or Pierce.
