I have never seen South Park...isn't that a cartoon or something?

Yeah, but I think it may not be up your river if you get my drift. Really crass, desensitized humor. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I doubt you will.

If the media thinks JoePa should lose his job for not being accused of committing a crime, but merely reporting it to supervisors within 24 hours, then I'm not sure why the media thinks it's ok for Kobe to play in the NBA.  I don't want him.

You watch South Park this week?

I didn't catch it -- what happened?

They just racked on Penn State the entire time. Just brutal.

Thanks.  You're right.  Checked it out on YouTube.

Humor me, let's see how desperate we are!

Would you suffer Kobe in Green if it means we get to see some NBA level basketball?

Do we have to let him play, or can we just make him sulk on the bench with some ridiculously oversized sunglasses on?

Kobe could not even get to the finals last year.  He is starting to show his age. Some. people over 30 rarely get better.

There were over 400 NBA players who didn't get to the Finals last year. What's that got to do with the price of Apple Cider in Vermont?

I have reconsidered my answer.  I would love to see Kobe on the Celtics.  It would definitely be fun to see him yell at KG, or tell Ray or Paul that they are in the wrong spot, and demand that someone sit while he goes in to finish the game. When the retaliation (that is the fun part) happens, maybe he could demand a trade?

nahhh.  Which would I rather have, the enemy within or the enemy over there?  On third thought, first thought was right. Keep your aging, balky knees and your bad attitude over there on the west coast.

I would be totally fine with Kobe on the Celtics. Not  only would it be a banner, but it would be hilarious. I can see the Kobe + Doc animated GIFs already.

  • Rondo = Good
If Kobe were on the Celtics most of us wouldn't hate him as much.  Being perfectly honest, our team would be a LOT better if Kobe were starting at SG and Ray were coming off the bench.  That's no disrespect to Ray, it just is how it is.

If adding Kobe also ended the lockout, that'd just be an added bonus.

Bottom line -- if you could add Kobe to your team without giving up anything, you'd be nuts to say no, even if he is a jerk.

I really believe Kobe is in decline.  His body is breaking down and he isn't seperating for his shot as easily as he once did.  Both his FG%, 3P% and PPG were slightly down.  It's slight presently but I don't see him improving.  He is 33 how many 33 year old's improve at that point?  We need to get younger because as it stands right now we might not even see Garnett and Allen in green this year or next.

This isn't going to happen anyways folks.  We will be lucky to see Kermit the Frog this year in green.
