Stay classy, San Diego. Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

What doesn't go well with bacon....much shorter list.

I'd put that differently. It's not that everything goes well with bacon, it's that bacon goes well with everything.

I'm going to shake my head at you "disgusting Americans" again.

Right before I remember what we serve at Dutch cafeterias.

.edit: actually, I would kill for one of those right now. They're called "Frikandel Speciaal", which sounds remarkably like "Frikkin' hell Special".

What is that?

Btw, for all those interested, the picture I posted is of a "Maple Bacon Doughnut".

It's basically a mince meat sausage, deep fried, smothered with mayonnaise, curry and onions.

There's some herb stuff going on as well but hardly anyone knows the details. Rumors have always gone 'round that it consists of nothing but "butcher leftovers" but that got debunked a while ago. It didn't affect sales in the slightest though.

When my girlfriend was over in Holland, she got slightly addicted to them. My bad, I love 'm too.

.ps: I'm having stomach issues this morning, and this topic (and the other food ones :p) aren't helping. I'm gonna go offline for a bit lol.
