when can I start waiving the rest of my guys and picking up free agents?

there is a waiver order 33-00-32... you have to wait until the rosters are loaded into Yahoo! which I doubt Lucky will do until an announcement on the start of the season is made.


usually the waiver/FA period is like 2 weeks before the first game IIRC

Yeah I was sort of kidding with the Commish, ribbing him on Mr. Irrelevant. There are a lot of ifs to happen before any of this matters but it was a fun way to interject some NBA. Thanks Lucky for a job well done.

I think position eligibility for the rookies is a crap shoot, based on whatever Yahoo! feels like assigning. I seem to recall some really weird PE for some rookies last year.
