A 3 way deal is in progress...and it is reported that 2 out of the 3 GMs involved aren't completely happy with their potential return.

That sounds like an interesting trade.

Why make a deal if you're not happy with what you're getting back?  It's not like anybody is holding a gun to anybody's head.  

EDIT:  I mean, we have 10 days until roster cuts, and potentially a full year until games are played again.  What's the incentive to take less than full value?  Why not shop around?

It seems fair enough.  I understand each team's motivation, anyway.  There was only one legitimately good player traded in the deal, so I'll say it's a win for the Drinkers.

Okay, I have to ask:  what's the argument that Bogut *isn't* the best player in that deal?

I think Webskins are pushing all their chips to the middle of the table to win now.  Kidd and Turk will help with that, even if downgrading from Bogut to Jordan won't.
