I'm not surprised KG is making a stand.  This is a man who just doesn't seem the type to compromise on his principles, no matter what.

Also consider, KG (along with Shaq) was one of the main examples the owners used in claiming a need for change to the CBA stucture in the last lockout.  So, of course it stands to reason KG is ticked-off that after the players gave the owners as much as they did in '99, the owners are once again claiming the players get too much.

I can easily see KG's mentality being one of, "What, you took everything you wanted last time, and now that's not enough?  And how much more are you going to want next time?"
