Another sentimental favorite of mine. There may be higher-rated hefes out there, but I just love this beer.

Just going back through the thread, and I saw this:

I've just never heard of a sushi bar serving oysters on the half-shell.

For whatever it's worth, you can find sushi and oysters (plus other raw seafoods) together quite often, in my experience.

3. Just b/c you can find 2 things together doesn't mean you should 


Is it just me or is Edgar's bar shaping up to:

(a) be the Super WalMart of bars and

(b) the physical equivalent of the 2009 equivalent of the Port. Crotornats --- loaded with lots and lots of stuff, not real great but an entry that may win by sheer force of nature?!?!
