The Cause & Cure we give our patrons what they want, and what they want is to pelt Nickelback with garbage. That's right, it's not just for the Portugese anymore! The rules:
- Each night the concert series will begin with Nickelback playing "This is How You Remind Me" behind a debris-proof cage.
- As booing intensifies, a decibel meter will automatically raise the cage to the ceiling, until Nickelback is in pelting position.
- Patrons then have 5 minutes to throw as much stuff at Nickelback as they see fit. Cheesesteaks, empty tallboys, change, you name it.
- NOTE: To ensure a sustainable Nickelback Pelting Experience (tm), patrons may NOT throw empty beer bottles at Nickelback, unless it's their birthday. Patrons celebrating their 21st birthday may also use an empty tequila bottle at their discretion.
- At the conclusion of the 5 minutes, the pelting will conclude. Nickelback will be scolded over the PA for making such a terrible mess, and will be forced to clean up the stage so that real music can be played. Andre the Giant will keep watch to ensure these rules are enforced.
