I love Vodka's versatility, and it's upside. This is a great pick at this point in the draft. What you're getting here is a liquor you can plug in immediately to your bar, but also one that could potentially become a superstar attraction. I'm literally shocked that it was still on the board.

Anyone else hate those bars where it takes 45 mins just to look through the drink menu?

We got 6 beers, 3 shots. That's it. Drink or Don't.... but hurry up: Wilco's setting up after ____'s set.

A 'Raw bar' is the oyster bar.

A sushi spread is something completely different.  

It would be like selecting Pizza and wings, instead of just pizza or wings.
