Short story, but its a fact that Big Baby trains at a gym in my town called "Wai Kru".

Talked to one of the guys who worked there and asked him what the deal was and why Glen can't seem to get in shape for much longer than a month at a time.

According to the employee of the gym, Glen takes a boxers approach to "making weight" for the team.  He cuts all of his water weight and essentially starves himself so that he is trim for weigh ins.

Once he weights in he can go out and easily put on 10-20 pounds.

Long story short, guy won't be dropping major weight permanently any time soon.

It wouldn't surprise me if that's true.  That's the inherent problem with weigh-ins, I guess; to combat that particular issue, whatever team signs him next should subject him to random weigh-ins.

Or cut out the weight clauses completely, and have it performance based...but with rebounds, not points.
