this is good. if green can really improve next year he can be a big help to us as i think him and Rondo are going to have to carry a little more of the offensive load

That's what I want to hear.  Now I just question why it took him this long to figure this out.

well maybe its what he said earlier in the season, he didn't want to have a negative feedback from teammates, so he was more passive

but he probably now understands that the Celtics just want him to be more aggressive

You appreciate his respect for Paul as a player, but then you worry that he's trying to mimick a guy that has far more talent.

Be your own player and use the skills that YOU have.

Jeff should be focusing on a post game and his driving to the bucket, as those were the only times he looked dangerous offensively. His speed and size mismatches are his best assets.

ughhhhhh.

If only Jeff Green could steal Paul Pierce's talent like one of the Mon-stars.

Unfortunately, Jeff Green is guaranteed to be a disappointment once again this year.

/thanks for getting suckered, Danny

It didn't take him this long.  It just took a while for them to get around to his turn for the fluff piece.

Let's start with learning how to catch a basketball when the season is on the line

Guaranteed they kept telling him last year to be more aggressive.  He couldn't do it.  Now he's saying it but it's still to be seen if he can do it.

I'd think going against PP in practice will help Green.  He does have a step back jumper that looks a lot like pierce's but I'd say mainly he should concentrate on playing defense like pierce, filling lanes for rondo on breaks and getting on the low post where he is our best low post threat (against sf of course)

Maybe Jeff Green will turn into a junior Paul Pierce as a trash talker.
