New PASPN league for CelticsBlog readers

For anyone interested in doing this (again or for the first time) here's the details.

We set things up on our end. We re-activated the original CelticsBlog.com league now in it's third year, and created a 2nd league for members who want to start fresh with this years NBA rosters:
