What are your guys' favorite breakfast cereals?

Mine is Cap'n Crunch!

I don't eat it everyday or anything, but when I do I really enjoy it.

been a long time since my Cap'n Krunch days,but the Crunch Berries were heaven sent.  Ever try having a whole bowl of just the Crunch Berries?

I like Kashi stuff now (though they still have some sugar too).

I can't stand cold cereal nowadays but back in the day, it was Sugar Pops and Raisin Bran (with a lot of raisins thrown in -- 2 scoops per box my butt --> 1 per bowl was the way to make it  8)  )

Cocoa Krispies! (Or Coco Pops as they're known in the UK).  Also transitioned to the Organic & Gluten Free Koala Krisp.  I now have all my cereals with organic Almond Milk or organic Coconut Milk.  Raw (unpasteurized) dairy is probably the healthiest though.
