Why isn't anyone talking about this Mehmet Okur for Kemba Walker blockbuster?!?!?!

I actually like it a lot for OKC, could see some use.

Odds that Okur returns to the NBA? Free agent, rehabbing a serious injury, seems an ideal candidate to play back home in Turkey.

Trade Announced:

Kings Send: Jarret Jack
Orlando Sends: Brandon Jennings

talent wise, that's pretty one sided. But I think it's probably a better fit for Orlando.

Definitely a talent disparity. Orlando trying to clear some cap space with the move?

I really don't understand this move from the Kings perspective. Jack was a perfect back up for Chauncey, in that he could still flourish alongside LeBron.

Except, questions of fit aside Jennings is the far better player.

But when you're building a contender fit matters more than talent. I know you and your KG/Blake Griffin frontcourt disagree, but still.

I don't think the J.Jack for B.Jennings swap adds anything to either side.

A lateral move.

Pretty stoked to get some more firepower off the bench.  But Jack makes more sense for Orlando as a pure PG to run the bench unit for them

How much is this gonna cut into CHauncy's minutes?

I think you are probably talking 28 minutes for chauncey 14 minutes for Jennings, but that would be something I will have to bounce of Nick first.  Chauncey is getting up there and during the regular season we don't want to burn him out.

Probably a sound move.

The Boston Celtics select:  Aaron Gray.

Nice pick. I almost took him over Tolliver but I realized he had a good playoffs and that was about it.

I just remember Chris Paul raving about him and the announcers saying "Without Aaron Gray this Hornets team is at a real disadvantage".

I think with your team's height Tolliver was a  better fit whose shortcomings (get it?) would be shielded better, whereas my team needed the bulk.

Touché. Except the Kings needed to bring in more talent to even be considered a contender. I like this move for that team a lot.

With their 19th pick in the 12th round of the 2011 CB Draft, the South Beach Samurai, (aka Miami Heat), select: Zadrunas Ilgauskas.

I believe he's retiring. Take Big Z then.

And let it be known, it was on the front page:

****Yahoo List of Players: Non Exhaustive, And Not All Players Are Actually Active, So Do Your Homework. No Mulligans. ****

So does Bahku's re-pick count?

Yeah, its the 11th round and Big Z is retiring anyways, and its the first time this has happened.

The same courtesy won't be extended again.

EDIT: I guess he's not retiring. Still, not a big factor and not a big deal.

You can stay with my first pick or void it ... someone may want Z, it's not a problem at all.

I didn't think the Kings needed more talent. And Jennings may have more upside, he's done next to nothing to develop his talent, shoots a horrible percentage and his team regressed this year with him at the point because of how he dominates the ball.

I would argue his team regressed to to injuries to maggette, bogut and salmons.  Jennings didnt do much different
