Good recognition by OKC although he didn't get a ton of minutes last season. I'd rather see him behind Perk/Ibaka/Collison than starting for the Heat or Knicks.

Woah there.  I like Sam Presti too, but nobody beats Dork Elvis (Daryl Morey).

Dork Elvis who has literally kept a team swimming in mediocrity?

What?  No bogus trade proposals that would send Rondo to OKC for Nazr and Lil' Nate?  I'm disappointed in ya'll.  :P  yuck yuck yuck.

Idk - Presti came in and immediately starting developing the best, young team in the league.  This should be a several year chance at contention with the age of their core.  And he was a huge part of the success in San Antonio even though he wasn't fully in charge

I guess having the #1 overall pick helps a bit to land a top 5 player in the league.  Followed by the #4 pick in a loaded draft the next season.

You can't blame him for working off the information that his medical staff gave him

Bet it doesn't help Cleveland.  Just sayin.

I don't care about missing out on Nazr.

The guy I'm bummed about missing out on is Ryan Hollins.  He would have been an affordable piece that would have fit the system and been a young athletic center that we're missing.

This is a bit disappointing. He's a veteran guy who put up 7 points and 5 rebounds a game last season and provides good size. Oh well. Not like he was the key to the offseason.

+1

Presti has yet to make a bad move for the Thunder. Sure he lucked into Durant, but he made all the right moves to put that team around him. Drafting Jeff Green is probably his biggest mistake and he turned that into Perk,  :P

Giving perk a contract like that will be his mistake.

I might be wrong, but I doubt it.
