Would anyone else not be surprised to see Jeremy Tyler still available at 55?

I don't think it will happen, but I'm sure we can buy an earlier 2nd rounder to nab him if DA wants to.

Somewhere in the thirties. I can't seen him making the 40s.

Too much size and athleticism to last beyond that ... unless there is an injury involved that I don't know about.

did the c's get this years 2nd rd pick or next year?

they said "future 2nd round pick" so I doubt that it's this year. I doubt that it's next year as well. I'm guessing a 2013 2nd rounder.

It's a 2014 second.

Itll still be top of the 2nd round....
I wouldn't be so sure.  if they can keep Deron and Brooks as well as add their usual lottery picks next year and possibly the year after they'll be doing much better.  That's not accounting for them becoming a FA destination when they move to Brooklyn either.

Should have held onto Brooks.  The dude will be a scorer off the bench.  Johnson has no bulk and no sloulders.  He will get eaten up down low!

Entire ESPN broadcasting group are astounded at what Minnesota is doing. Kahn is an idiot, I've been saying it for years and people are just now figuring it out??
agreed.  surprised they are just openly hammering him but they do have a point.  at least Mchale varied the types of players he picked.  they usually turned out to be busts but he picked more than PGs and PFs.   ::)
good lord Kahn is still an idiot.  He traded for a lower pick to Miami and a future second rounder from a team that will have one of the top records in the game for years.    ???

I didn't like the Brooks pick at first (thought we needed size) then I went to take a shower and warmed up to him and his offense who could be next to Bradley and his defense in the future.

Then I come back to the tv and he's been traded for Johnson, and the size I originally wanted.

Quoting Hollinger:
Quote
Norris Cole is a fantastic pick for Miami. Minnesota now has four #2s, cash, more cash and Brad Miller's insurance money to show for #20

Hollinger also had Brooks as the most overrated player in the draft, for what that's worth.
