As a Boston sports fan, many of us are fans of some, or all of the Boton sports teams. Sure we have our favorites i.e. 01 Pats, 04 RS, 11 Bruins. While many on this site bleeds green, we stay "invested" in others as our own.

Congratulations and Thanks to the Bruins for bringing home the Stanley Cup. Also, thanks for reminding us about ubuntu! They have taken to the streets praising each other, reciprocating the loyatly and passion of the fans, and thus elevating their celebrity while bonding a closer relationship with the community.

The Mavericks recent Championship was another lesson in TEAM. We make excuses about age, but they are older. Yes, there is "HATE" for the Heat, but the Mavericks earned respect.

Team isn't the "new awakening" but the essence of success...Red taught us this 50 years ago. Ubuntu on this team was lost long before Danny traded Perk, and began to erode as fragnents of the team decided they were more imoortant than the whole in 09. Everyone talks of Danny ruining the chemistry, but the fact is, the players are most responsible for it. The "leaders" have a responsibility to bring in line anyone who threatens the TEAM. As for celebrity, the C's will always see themselves above the fan base, with a royalty that is unapproachable. I say this while having been a season ticket holder for 30 years. I admit it, I'm jealous.

This is a year to bridge the rebuilding with the present. For me, the present better get back to the past, so whoever is here check their celebrity at the door and set this organization on the right track. That is real legacy.
