Apart from the giant stupid press conference and a few dumb comments here and there (which almost all NBA players have made at one point in their career), he is pretty decent off court.

The guy is not even the best at his position but he played the most consistently and arguably overall better basketball out of Miami's three superstars. (I am not going to call them big three. Ever.) Karma?

On a side note, don't you think Dwyane Wade has changed into much more of a Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. after LeBron joined or is it just me?

He is. He's all about playing and nothing else. D-Wade became more of an ass lately, i agree.

In a way, I guess ... I think he's incredibly overrated, but at the same time I don't dislike him as much as I have come to dislike the other two.

Funny, up until this season I always kind of liked D-Wade, (not comparing "ability" here, just personality on and off the court), but my mind has changed completely about him, (LeBron is now on par with Kobe on my "doody" list, and that took some doing).

I definitely don't care for Bosh either, though, especially that tribal scream with the black teeth-guard ... it makes him look like an angry baboon.

Bosh is just kind of a clown. I almost feel bad for him... poor idiot doesn't seem to know what he's gotten himself into in miami.

Lebron is a tool, but I still hate him less than Kobe. I used to think Wade was awesome, but lately he's been way more "D-Whistle" than "D-Wade"

Chris Bosh was just as poor, if not worse, than LeBron James in the Finals.

Only 7.3 rebounds in 39.3 minutes and shot just 41.3% from the field (49% TS%) while getting lit up by Dirk on the other end of the floor or failing to keep Tyson Chandler off the offensive glass.

A terrible performance for a player of his caliber ... and he's been getting a free pass for it because people hate LeBron so much.

I think he's also getting a free pass because people have low expectations for him relative to his actual talent.

Nothing new, Chris Bosh ain't THAT good.  He and the coach will be the scapegoats.  They'll look to trade Bosh, but really...  what's his value?  Miami needs better performance up front, but he's not good enough (and certainly not on that near-max contract) to get them Dwight Howard.

Not sure really what his trade value is.  Would it be worth it to trade with Chicago, Bosh for Boozer?  I don't see Chris Bosh fetching much more than that in a trade.

I understood his move to Miami.  Who wouldn't leave Toronto the way it's been run?

I also think he is the most underfeed player on that team.  He has become the "bail out" jump shooter.  A Charles Oakley/Horace Grant type offensive PF.

I wouldn't trade Bosh for Boozer.

Bosh offense suffers behind Lebron and Wade domination.

Boozer just disappears in the playoffs.

Just an idea, not a proposal.

Who else is out there that might realistically be available that would be a better fit for Miami than Bosh?  He's not a great fit behind the other two.  Miami needs the KG we had in 2007-2008, a guy who can score but whose real contributions come by anchoring the defensive end.

I'm not sure who's available that kind of fits that bill.  Dwight Howard would obviously be perfect, but no way Bosh is enough to get him.  They could get Dwight Howard tomorrow if they traded Wade (LeBron/Bosh/Dwight?).  Getting a PG like CP3 makes no sense when Wade and LeBron handle the ball so much.

I think in the end, they're p---ed at Bosh but don't make any changes because I don't see him as having much value.  He's a good player but not good enough to make a difference.

Bosh is the piece that fits with either Wade or Lebron.  He is not the issue.

The fit between Lebron and Wade is the bigger issue.

And get him a better C to go next to him will help out a lot.

That's trouble for Bosh/Miami if he is going to have those players' offensive role on the team (and I don't disagree with you). Oakley and Grant were MUCH better defenders/rebounders than Bosh can ever hope to be.

As for Bosh's personality, I could take it or leave it. I know he is just excited to be on a good team, but he has some pretty annoying moments. I know everyone is hating Lebron (which is making some people feel bad for him), but he is the best player in the league - he can do whatever he wants and I would be jumping up and down if he were on the Celtics.

...  so, would you call up Orlando and quietly offer them Wade for Dwight Howard (assuming that Dwight would immediately sign an extension)?

See, I think if they trade Bosh, giving more minutes to Haslem makes them a better team.  When he's healthy, Haslem gives them what they need.  He's more the Oakley/Grant type.

I agree, the Wade/LeBron combo isn't a great fit (too much duplication of skillsets), but I can't see either being traded.  Except, MAYBE, for Dwight.

For all the  knocks on Bosh's defense, he played good enough for Miami to look like one of the top playoff defenses.

He does need to rebound better.
