Ok here is the deal with the Spurs:
Boston out going: S+T Big Baby
Spurs outgoing: Their scouting program

Clearly this is just a joke but in reality they are so good at picking. Here is a list of major role players or starters they picked since Tim Duncan.
1999: 2nd Round pick 28... Manu Ginolbli
2001: 1st Round pick 28... Tony Parker
2002: 1st Round pick 26... John Salmons
2nd Round pick 27... Luis Scola
2003: 1st Round pick 28... Leonardo Barbaosa
2004: Ist round pick 28... Beno Udrih
2008: 1st round pick 26... George Hill
2nd round pick 15... Goran Dragic
2009: 2nd round pick 7... DeJuan Blair
Essentially, all late 1st or 2nd round picks. The highest pick they had was 20th and the time they did have a lottery pick they picked a player who is possibly the greatest PF of all time.
I do actually have a real trade.
Boston sends: S+T West, 2012 2nd round pick
Spurs send: Tiago Splitter,2012 1st round pick
Spurs: Get a quality veteran guard to back up Ginobli. Ideally they want a SF so maybe we can throw in Wafer.
Boston: Gets a C who is still youndg and on a good cintract.
or
Jeff green and the Clippers pick for Splitter, Hill (or Neal), Trade Exception
