Jeff Green has to be the top priority, whether it is to resign him or, if that doesn't work, sign and trade him.  Out of all of the free agents, he would be the biggest impact player, and, if they do not see him as part of the future of this team, he would be best asset in a sign and trade.

Delonte West -- largely because I am uncertain whether Jeff Green's contract demands will make it a wise or unwise decision to retain him.

They are both similar level players in terms of current ability with Green having more room to develop further.

Also, SF is the deepest position in this year's free agency in the MLE or lower financial bracket. The PG position lacks depth.

Jeff Green, but I expect only the one year restricted FA offer.

Delonte West is our only priority.

We'll give Green the QO but I doubt we sign him.  Sign and trade is more likely.

We'll give Green the QA but I doubt we sign him.  Sign and trade is more likely.

I think the Celtics do.

What team is going to break the bank to sign Green?

Yeah, this is how I see it.  I just don't think any team under the cap is going to target Green this summer, and give him a deal big enough that they are confident the C's won't match.

There are just better free agents out there, and, much like Big Baby, the restricted status is going to scare them away.

So, Green is going to have to choose between taking and MLE level deal from the C's, or more likely, take the QO, and hope having the full year in the system will help him improve enough to get the bigger deal he thinks he deserves.

Well yeah, that's what I said, I think he'll play for the QO so he can become an unrestricted FA.  AFTER next year I think we'll try to sign and trade him (if possible I think we should target Austin Rivers).

Signing him to a long contract just doesn't make sense, especially if we're interested in Dwight.  It's just plain stupid to sign a guy who plays the same position as a guy already under contract, when we've got 3 other positions to fill with limited cap space.  I don't know why people don't understand this.

For me, in this order:

1. Jeff Green - think he will have a "very" good season next year, after having a full training camp to take the gloves off with the vets.

2. Delonte West - made of glass, but this kid is a "Celtic" and he always was. Classic combo guard for us, which is something I think all teams need - one guard who can play either spot if necessary.

3. Von Wafer - I think he is an ideal "3rd" off guard. Will come cheaply and actually has some decent talent for your 3rd string guy.

4. Troy Murphy - Who knows if he has anything left physically. If he does, get him in shape and at the right money, he's also not a bad 3rd string guy who can play a little PF and Center for us.

Everyone else is a wash to me...

Edit...

5. I also don't mind Sasha Pavlovic as a 3rd string small forward. But I would also be ok with Stephane Lasme or Deshawn Simms in this position.

Glen Davis is the absolute #1 priority.  We have no bigs on this roster whatsoever - we can't afford to lose another

Delonte is an important second though
