Honestly, I see ray allen and Garnett retiring as celtics...at this point, I think these guys love the system they have in boston and are more about winning "rings" than making big $$...at 35 I think most players like security rather than moving around

if we were to land a D.howard I could see Garnett/Allen signing on for cheap...I could definitely see Ray allen playing for us for awhile as I doubt his shooting touch is going to leave anytime soon...and 5million$ wouldnt hurt our cap too much(of course after we sign a big FA)

we are never gonna rebuild


jus fix up broken  plaster here and there...a lil bit of painting..

as old as the statue of liberty is do we rebuild it?

I think KG is going to retire after another year.  He's clearly hurting and I don't think he wants to end up like Shaq this past season.

Ray is definitely good for another three years if he wants to play though

the statue of liberty doesn't play a high paced contact sport requiring limber knee joints and connective tissue, not to mention well maintained musculature, coordination, etc.

in other words, the statue of liberty doesn't play basketball, she just stands there.
