I think the Mavs should be able to do this if the game is called equal. But when you have 2 guys that get the bod 100% of the time, it will make it nearly impossible.

Please Dirk, save the NBA from these clowns.

I can see Heat going small a lot too in this series.

I don't think James Jones has played since the Boston series, but they could have a 5 man unit of Jones/Miller/Wade/Lebron/Bosh.

They could spread the floor and let Wade and Lebron take turns going to the rack.

The onus will be on the refs to blow the whistle or not.

Yeah, they need to force Dirk to play C. That will give the Heat a rebounding advantage and also force Dallas to put a smaller guard/wing on the floor that has to deal with one of Miller/Jones/Wade.
