Well, I like him. If he's anywhere as good as Semih was, I think he could help in some areas.

And if he falls to #25, why not?
Semih was a 60th pick. At 25, I expect to do a bit better.

Semih had no post game, at all. He had decent hands and could finish in space. But he wasn't a great face up post player, didn't have a good up and under or any of the like.

He was more of an energy guy, good at finding space in the pick and roll and finishing in the lane.

This guy is on a whole different level, has a real post game, great hands, good spot up shooter with range extending out to the 3-pt line (nearly 40% there in college last year.)

Sadly, for all those reason, and how much he impressed during the combine, I don't see anyway he actually falls to the Celtics at 25.

I guess I'd hope for more than that from a first-round pick even in a weak draft, considering that the Cs dumped Semih mid season for a bag of basketballs.

I wish. A bag of basketballs would have been substantially more valuable than Troy Murphy.

heheh....i'm afaid i have to agree with this!

This is a good pick. I hope he falls to 25...I suspect he may go higher. He is going to be better than Semih in short time. He has the frame to get strong and be an interior warrior eventually.
