She looks really young but she's actually almost 30 (born in 1982). I love shaq but I think he needs to retire, he's just too old. Too many years of bball on his huge body.

I have acute sleep apnea and have had for years ... I can't use the CPAP machines, so I'm hoping soft-palate surgery and sub-mucous ressection will do the trick, (though I'm not looking forward to it).

Can't imagine having it and trying to play professional basketball ... I'm glad Shaq is treating it successfully. So he's still with Nicole Alexander ... she looks different without her "Hoopz" outfits. ;)

When I was younger I was told getting my over-sized tonsils and adenoids removed would help but it ended up doing absolutely nothing.  Hope your surgery is more successful.

Being overweight is not helping his problem to begin with. He can get a ton more energy and feel 100% better using treatment .Which can lead to losing weight. Discovering this problem can help him get back on track.  This probally has been going on for a long time and finally became so bad his girlfriend finally ended up making him get checked out. AS she was probally losing rest from him waking her up choking and gasping when his body forgets to breath.
