losing record next season, what to do ?

should the season start in october and we became a .500 team till february 24th, what do we do then ?

-Go in full tank mode ?
-Break up the team ? related to the above option ?
-Trade up by moving one of the big 3,if possible ?
-Trade Rondo ?
-Just let the season play out ?

-Incase the latter what is the reason to play next season ? become like the spurs ? or those late 80's early 90's celtics ?
