A lot of people have been bringing up Dwight Howard coming to the c's in 2012. I would love to see it to, but I don't think it's going to happen, not unless we can somehow trade Rondo for Chris Paul or another superstar.

This video is from the all-star break this year so I think this is Dwights plan.

I would expect a bynum or Gasol and odom for Dwight by the trade deadline next year.

Don't want to bum everyone out, but chances are Dwight will be wearing Purple and gold in the near future.....

saw this awhile ago too, i also believe Dwight will not sign in Bos as a FA, unless Danny makes a good trade happen

imo, Dwight looks better in green and ugly in purple and yellow

Kobe hasn't made a clutch shot in quite a bit, that age is finally catching up with him. Pau and Dwight can't both get their numbers out there AND Phil Jackson is gone. I'm sure Dwight would love to have played with prime Kobe... but he won't exist anymore come 2012. Lakers sound good now but we'll see what they look like by the end of next year.

You're painting a picture of their demise...they'll be better than us next year most probably.

I think at best we're a decent fourth option for Dwight in free agency (if he gets there) Well behind LA, Chicago, and NY (The first two being the most likely to trade for him sucessfully)

  • Rondo = Good
I imagine his opinion on this may have changed since then.

Howard can go at LAL if they trade at least 2 key players( Bynum/Gasol/ Odom) and is gonna be Koby's dependent ( salary meaning maybe most important)

I think that's his PC response, knowing that he likely won't go there, because Kobe will be 34 by the time the 2012 season starts.  I don't think Dwight's going to sign a big deal to play with Kobe in the twilight of his career.

I could see him possibly going to LA not to really play with Kobe, but to replace him.  LA might simply have the most money. And it's LA.

I was going to give you a TP for the song, but you seem to have a good amount all ready.  Oh, well, I am feeling generous!  Have another.

LA wont have the most money(unless you meant the Clippers) Kobe alone is set to make $27,849,000. they cant sign his as a free agent. Kobe plus Gasol are due to make just under 47 million.
