I know after the end of a tough season that people need to vent, but personally, I don't want to read a single thread about whose fault this is, or how bad we are, or what excuse anyone can find for our troubles, or that it's time to blow up the team, or anything remotely negative.

Yes, there's a time for that, but it's not now ... not for me anyway. This team fought adversity, injury, age, and chemistry problems all year long, and they fought like the warriors they are ... with heart, hustle, hard-work, and Celtic Pride, and I could not be more proud of these guys than I am right now.

Whatever happens down the road, I love this team and what they overcame this year to give us a shot, and nothing anyone can say - no amount of negativity - will diminish my pride and thankfulness and love for this group of warriors.

"Courage is the best slayer - courage which attacketh, for in every attack there is the sound of triumph."

- Friedrich Nietzsche

Celtics, I love you, and I thank you for another amazing season ... I could not be more proud of you than I am right now, and I know next year we'll be raising that 18th Banner to the rafters. God bless the Boston Celtics!

Please, no negative or bashing posts on this thread ... thank you.

:)

With you 100%, I was a Celtics fan before the 2008 season and I ain't goin anywhere. Win, lose, championship, my allegiance is to the Celtics, and that's never going to change.

TP, great thread...win or lose, this team has really made me proud to be a Celtics fan. The injuries these guys fought through all year is really admirable and I'm glad they didn't go down without a fight. Hopefully we'll be back next year with the same core group of guys + some other young, new additions and try to battle for banner #18 again.

(although some of those pictures do bring up some pretty bad memories  :P....crazy how many freak injuries we had this year)

TP's all around.

There's no team like the Celtics, and through all the adversity, injuries and terrible officiating, they still tried hard.

If Garnett didn't blow up his knee in 2009 we would be talking about getting #20 this year, but this Celtic team talks, walks and plays like the classic Celtic teams. Couldn't be prouder of them.

Go Celtics!!!

Bahku with the hustle - TP. I hope Stern has a heart attack from the excitement of seeing Miami advance, although that would require actually having a heart  ;)

Go Celtics and thank you.
