well, my rooting now shifts to the bulls...but, I wonder can they beat the heat?

the problem with the team seems to be that Rose does EVERYTHING for them scoring wise...and their defense keeps them in the games...boozer needs to step up against bosh as well as their bench...but they are a young team, which means they have a better chance of staying fresh late in the game

either way, if the Mavs make it back to the finals I expect them to win easily...Dirk would eat Bosh/boozer alive

I really don't think so. Lebron + Wade is just going to be too much for the Bulls to handle. Then again Rose should be able to get whatever he wants agains the Heat and having homecourt is huge for them, so you never know.

I think they can...they split with MIA in the regular season, right?

Defense vs Defense. Should be a great series.

I'm going for the Bulls, and giving the nod to Noah, Boozer, Taj and Asik as the reasons why CHI can pull it out.

Chicago won the season series. They swept Miami, 3-0.

All their wins were nail-biters though. 3 points, 4 points and 1 point victories. Very close games.

I'd be more optimistic about Chicago's chances if Boozer were playing well. But he's not and that is bothering me.

It'll be tough for Chicago to win this series without that offensive punch to complement Rose's lead.

thats where theyll be able to win the games though IMO....our lack of having rondo healthy in those situations hurt us down the stretch with execution. Rose can be clutch and the bulls are young enough to keep up with the heat for 48minutes..

but, I think boozer needs to come out of his shell and have a big series

Their only chance is to make sure Rose doesn't "get tangled up" with Wade.

Good points, indeed - but I think Booz is considerably tougher than Bosh. Bosh may give him some problems with his length, but I'll give Bruiser the slight nod here.

DRose will abuse Chalmers/Bibby...and if DWade tries to chase him around he will be in for a long series.

Rose can't Outscore LBJ and WADE by himself.

It will be a game of  "DRIVES" to the rim.  Thats all Wade and Rose do is drive to rim.

So the game  will be decided by the REFS.
I know one thing..there should be a NBA record total foul shot attempts for a NBA playoff game set at some point

Yes, indeed - I expect CHI to beat MIA....they'd better.

CHI's bench, overall, will be a key as well.

CHI can throw Korver, Brewer, Asik, Taj Gibson - at MIA. I don't think MIA can counter with much better, IMO.

Plus, Keith Bogans is a hard-nosed defender who will make DWade work - at least on offense. And DWade will have to keep an eye on him because KB can hit the three, too.

C'mon, CHI! Do it!!
