  • Rondo = Good
More power to you, but they are done. Hurt Rondo, Hurt Shaq, no bench except for Delonte and occasionally Jeff Green. Get the fork out.

Have to agree with Vinnie.

I respect your optimism; it's more than I can muster.  In my eyes the Celtics are done, but I tip my hat to those of you who can still cheer and hope.

What's bothering me right now is it looks like John Hollinger is going to be exactly right, Heat in 5.

It would be nice if the Celtics could steal Game 5 and extend the series, but I can't help feeling like the Celtics gave it everything they had tonight and still came up short.  Next game they'll probably be considerably deflated.

My belief is going to take it one game at a time.

I believe the Celtics will win the next game in Miami!

Possible the C's might sneak one in on the Heat . If the Heat think they are dead and won't show up like the Fakers did, Miami could get surprized...buttttttttttttttttttttttttt  ???

I give em a LONG SHOT at stealing one more.. I certainly hope  and..I can see a LBJ mental lapse.... as they get the BIG HEAD...

Unless they win two in row ....at Miami, then anybody could still win ,
Thats an aweful long shot...even to a diehard fan like me .
But , oh well, I'm still cheering,
a little hope is better than none ... :).

Two things that will help us is by the time game 7 comes around Shaq should be somewhat better, rondo should be somewhat better and delonte should be somewhat better. The 2nd thing is that there is a 2 day break between fridays game 6 and mondays game 7. Short enough not to be rusty and long enough to help the veterns.

Ive said it since the begining. Stop the heats offensive rebounding. Push the tempo and spread the ball around.

I'm trying my hardest to be an optimist, but it does need to be pointed out that in those two series, Detroit was the 1 seed playing an 8 seed and Phoenix was the 2 seed playing a 7 seed... So they both had homecourt

With the way LeBron and Wade are playing and the way our offense is it's very tough.

  • GOT IT!!!
I would feel a lot more confident if Rajon Rondo was healthy.

With him being healthy, my confidence is pretty much shot. Minimal.

If Rondo was healthy the series would be tied 2-2.  :'(

i want a great start in game 5 and a great finish

just get up big , make game 5 easy so they dont have to kill themselves and win game 6 on there homecourt

and then the pressure turns to the heat and i think celtics can capitalize

Garnett has got to play much better and we have to get something from the bench and Big baby

they can do this i hope they have a team meating and say this isnt over yet

i hope they arent sulking about this loss

just move on to the next one

I also want to take a look at this perspective

I think if we won today more then likely game 5 would be a loss just going by them having homecourt and more urgency to win

I think we will play very well in game 5 and win in miami, which will make the series 3-2

Just win game 5 and go from there

This is a BIG BIG GAME!

Heat have a very commanding lead and are in the driver's seat...best case scenario, we go down 2-4. I don't see us forcing a game 7.

EDIT: I still believe that Danny Ainge ruined this season by making that ridiculous trade.

I want to believe but realistically I don't see us winning three straight.
