What in hell were the celts doing in that last play?!?  Kg stays back and they can't manage to match up on D.  Kg did fine one James but not having him back there cost us an offensive rebound.  Ridiculous.

What is unbelievable about the Celtics running out of energy at the end of the 4th quarter and in overtime?  They are an old team, and their only young star player was seriously injured.  They fought their hardest all game long to stay in it, playing crazy defense.  It takes a ton of energy to defend the Heat like that all game, though, even for a young team.  At the end of the game, the Celtics just didn't have any energy left.

I'm not blaming anybody for this loss.  The Celtics played as well as I could have hoped; the Heat just played better (basically just their Big 3, but that was enough).

No shame in this loss... I had flashbacks of game 7 though. Offense sputtered horribly down the stretch... But no shame, the guys played their hearts out...

And that's the series. Better luck next year. Hope we can rebuild.

yeah, reminded me a lot of game 7.  that was another game that was tough to watch but you couldn't blame them at the end.  they just didn't have enough out there.

blame Father Time, not the Celtics.

And before I forget, we also couldn't run the play at the end of regulation correctly.  PP was expecting a screen from someone and firs Ray and Kg was coming then no one came over.

That is really disappointing.

We lost this game on Rondos blown layup IMO.  I know there were other plays that COULD have been made...but thats the one that SHOULD have been made

Rondo is injured, Shaq is a nonfactor, BBD is a liability, and the big 3 have a combined average age of +35, what did you expect?

They fought well considering the circumstances.
