"Rajon Rondo just walked into TD Garden. Says he's playing tonight. Will have a wrap on the elbow. Says its going to be ugly #Celtics #Heat"

Alright, let's do this

Is there word on Delonte? I'm surprised by the lack of updates on him.

Can anyone confirm whether or not Chris Bosh slept okay last night?

Update:

Quote
After watching "Paranormal Activity 2" Chris Bosh confirms he has been unable to sleep for 3 straight days stating that the sequel was even scarier than "Paranormal Activity 1" which he didn't think was possible. He is doubtful for game 4

I'd be surprised if he didn't after the tests came back negative. I'm not expecting a triple-double, but if he can find the open men and push the ball, he will help tremendously.

I take no news as good news. Considering he didn't even want to do the testing and wasn't put through any, I'd say he is available.

That said, I still expect some PT for Arroyo. Hopefully we come out strong in the first quarter and let Arroyo get his feet wet early in the second quarter.

Now that Rondo has confirmed he's playing basically with one good arm...now will Chris Bosh play tonight with no testicles. :)

I think Arroyo is just going to be active tonight for insurance. Unless Rondo and Delonte are being liabilities, which I don't expect to be the case, I don't think Arroyo will be seeing the floor much/at all.

Very rude of you.....he has testicles.  They're just small.  ;D

While I'm psyched about Rondo playing, I seriously wonder how effective he will be. I can't see any way his left arm is going to be useful for the rest of this series, let alone the rest of the playoffs (if we advance). I don't see how you can recover that quickly from a dislocated elbow in terms of using that arm even remotely close to normal. A one-armed player, let alone the starting PG, is going to be an issue. I also feel certain Miami will take some shots at it (which will be about pain tolerance).

If you remember, the staff didn't bother to give Delonte a MRI, just Rondo. I'm not sure if there was a later update than that, but I think it was assumed that not getting a MRI was enough to say that Delonte would be good to go tonight.

How many Celtics have had injuries this year that have looked season-ending and then have come back?

Delonte, Shaq, Jermaine, Kevin, Rondo -- Am I missing anyone?  What an amazingly tough team this is.

To be honest, I think based off the degrees of injury, Delonte's status is more important than Rondo's.
