So I believe so far against the Celtics this season, D Wade has had at least 4 cheap hot/Dirty plays against us. Can anyone think of any others?

1. Second home game against heat at Garden. Wade lowers shoulder and tackles KG after a KG screen on MIke Miller

2. LAst game against the Heat Reg season . After Lebron throws the ball at JO's head because he was fouled, for some reason Wade gets into altercation with Pierce out of nowhere (maybe stretching a little bit but Wade is huffing and puffing for no reason here)

3. First game in Miami lowers shoulder into Pierce and gets in his face on a legal pick.

4. Last game Wade drags Rondo to floor after he has already been whistled for a foul.

In every case this year (minus the shoulder into Garnett?) nobody in the national media has blinked an eye or even questioned what he's doing out there and his motives.

Oh well, Im sure KG has gotten at least a few cheap hits in of his own.

This is a war.  Play hard, just not stupid

If Wade keeps playing this "hard" we wont have a body to put out on the floor.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

That's the tricky bit.  You know that that Stern's going to be warning the refs to watch out for anything that looks like retaliation, especially after the debacle that unfolded in the Lakers/Mavs game.  Set a nice, hard screen, but keep the extraciriculars in check, we need all of our warriors.

Agree ; Im SURE the refs have been talked to about the physicality we've seen in this round throughout the league.  That makes me a little nervous though, as it's no secret we are the beneficiaries when games are allowed to be played with less whistles

The thing is I don't think this series has been physical at all.

Neither team has been playing very physical.

I think there have been some chippy moments (mainly from Miami) but that about it. Just cause some guys have been injured doesn't mean it has been physical.

That's a reason were in a 2-1 hole.  The more physical the series, the better chance we have

I completely disagree.  I think the C's are the finesse team in this series, and they were trying too hard to be physical in the first two games.  The C's simply haven't had enough HGH to match up with these guys physically.  Their advantage is in their mental approach to the game and their skill level.  When they use those, they make a run, when they try and get to physical, the Heat make a run.

I think it's more about us just playing better basketball.

You think if we foul them harder or something that we would be up in the series?

What do you want them to do specifically when you say they need to be "physical"?

Is Shaq could give anything, I'd say things would be a little more even as far as being physical in nature.  As things sit currently, Chris is absolutely right.  This series is an athletic mismatch.

But we are the better team.
