3 point lead at halftime, feels like we should have been up by more but I will take it. The ideal situation would be to make a run in the 3rd quarter like we did in game 3.

It's perplexing to me that the team hasn't gone to KG n the post since the first minutes of the game, we gotta do it! Also, Ray needs to get going, and Doc must split the center minutes between the O'Neal brothers (no more Baby please he is killing us yet again).

Finally I wouldn't mind seeing more minutes for Delonte in the 2nd half, he was THE reason we got a 10 point lead in the 2nd quarter.

Haha, solid question somebody just asked A. Sherrod on Twitter:

How much money has Glen Davis cost himself this post-season?

Unfortunately, I think he may be playing himself right into the Celtics' price-range.

If he's willing to sign a one-year deal, Ainge would probably be willing to overpay too

My god I hope not. I never want to see him in a Celtics jersey again after this year.

That half could have been a lot worse.
Or a lot better with more even refereeing.

It's expected amazing how unbalanced it has been during this series.

Less of Glen, more of Jeff when JO sits. At the very least, JG brings athleticism to the table.

Baby is having a very tough time out there.  He should have handled the KG pass and he's been generally abysmal.

However, he knows not to shoot and he's trying to make an impact with hustle. It's not working out for him though.  The game seems to be moving too fast for him.

Yeah, this is just not a good match up for Glen Davis.  He'd be a much bigger asset against a less athletic team (maybe he can be decent if we're lucky enough to get past Miami and face Boozer).

Why is there so much whining? We have 6 more free throws. 4 more fouls called on the Heat.

Very encouraging first half.

The Celtics were clearly the better team and Miami were only hanging in there because of the sensational play of LeBron James + Dwyane Wade.

Miami are getting very little elsewhere from their roster. I think Spoelstra made a poor decision starting J.Anthony. He was playing way above his head off the bench and bringing the team a huge boost with his energy when he came in. That same impact hasn't been there. Bosh has struggled offensively, too eager to take that jumper and hasn't been getting anything easy inside (well done C's defense!).

None of Miami's shooters are overly involved. Just quietly existing in the background. Haslem came in and gave the team very little. Just not a whole lot else on that roster making a big contribution right now.

Agreed.  I'd love to see the Celtics sign and trade him for somebody younger, taller, longer, and more athletic with potential to develop into a starter.

Less Baby and more KG in the post. I also think Ray Ray is going to have a huge 2nd half.

Paul Pierce has been fantastic. Going punch for punch with LeBron.

His 19 points on 6-9 shooting and 6-7 FTs have fought off Miami's rally.

Nor do I.  But Danny doesnt want anyone on the books other than Rondo and Pierce after next season.  It will be difficult to find a replacement in free agency for him that isn't going to be looking for a multi-year deal

Unfortunately for the Celtics or unfortunately for Glen Davis?

Sometimes, I think part of the reason Ainge traded for Jeff Green was to try and give Doc a reason to take minutes away from Big Baby?

I'm a big Big Baby fan, but how fast can you go from a 6th man candidate to the worst guy on the floor almost every game...
Big Baby was an asset and now he has an negative impact on our team

Can we get Saturday Kevin back? (Stormy) Monday Kevin (1/2) is oh so sad.

I hope so! If KG attacks in the paint, the Celtics have this game, no question.

If he stays on the perimeter, its a 50-50 game. C'mon big fella! Give us the goods in the second half! Go Celtics!!
