at least the lakers aren't going to tie our title record

. . . and in all likelihood the Celtics aren't going to increase their number of titles anytime soon.

I'm really afraid that the Lakers will get Dwight Howard.

I have faith in Danny to steal him

Jeff Green!!!! OK next problem :'(

Joel Anthony absolutely killed them in the first half.

The Celtics would be up double digits at this point if not for him.
Looking back through the offensive rebounds.

The first saw KG on the weak side of the floor caught defending two bigs. Jermaine went across early to help on the pick and roll. Nice cut from Wade from the weakside, forced KG to help + left nobody else within distance of those two bigs. KG forced a miss but nobody was within helping distance to box out his man. Easy layup for J.Anthony. Good spacing by Miami.

The second was in transition. Nice ball movement. Left corner three, Jermaine closes out on the shooter. J.Anthony was 18 feet from the rim up above the foul line when the shot was taken. Rondo and Pierce were at the three point line, never noticed Anthony, never rotated down. Clear path to run down the lane, get the offensive rebound and tap in.

Third offensive rebound. Pick and roll left wing again. BBD defending the screen. Shaq comes across the paint to provide some rim protection. Cuts off the dribble penetration. Kickout to far corner. Three pointer from Miller. Shaq takes the big that rolled to the rim off the pick and roll but BBD doesn't even look to find where J.Anthony is. Left wide open, pretty much a non-contested rebound (again). BBD fouls him after the catch.

Fourth offensive rebound, back screen from Wade onKG to free up Bosh to dart to the rim. Nice pass. Bosh under the basket. Three Celtics converge on him, including BBD who left J.Anthony at the foul line, contested layup, miss. Joel Anthony runs down the paint and taps it in.

J.Anthony also had a little jump hook in the lane and a dunk off of Chalmers' dribble penetration and setup. Plus three defensive boards.

I will be surprised if shaq plays anymore tonight. He really could not move and hurt them when he was out there

yeah and even at one point looked like he kind of tweaked something and tried to dance around and hide it. I hope he does play though and the Celtics win this series.

I think the best hope is that he'll go to Brooklyn and win some titles with Deron.

I could root for the Brooklyn Nets with Deron and Dwight.  Better than the Knicks.

Mmm...pretty disappointing first half from the Big Four again minus KG. Were going to have to play better in the second half if we don't want to fall to 0-3. But I think we can do it

Davis hasn't checked a soul off the glass in this series.

As horrific as he is offensively, he's even worse on the other end of the floor.
