-playin NBA2k11 as MyPlayer (Tommy Pierce, 6'9 SF, kind of a bit of a ballhog, but he's growing. Haven't established a real rapport with Deron Williams yet, but I think he'll get there)

and

-Checking out new show I found (was told to check out) called Happy Endings, which is just awesome. Just really good. Hilarious. Wish they could swear, but hilarious.

What I like to do when I get down about the Celtics is go on 2k11 and do a fantasy draft in association mode.  I then try to build a team that I'd consider a legit contender, then play a series or two with them in the playoffs.  That way, when the Celtics are crap, I can at least be excited about the team I built.

For my next team I really want to build around Dwight Howard and Kevin Love.  I feel like those two would be a dominant, fun to use duo.  Any decent passing point guard would rack up tons of assists dishing to those guys, and they complement each other perfectly.

It's too bad that there's no way I can realistically envision those two players getting together in real life, because they would really be a great match.  One guy is all inside, the other guy can play all the way out to the 3 point line.  One is a great post defender and shot blocker, the other is a really good passer for his position.  Both are phenomenal rebounders.

Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka, all day, every day.

But see, that's already being done in real life.  What I like to do is build teams that aren't there in real life -- combinations of players that I wish I could see at some point.  Usually, I try to build around players that I really like who aren't currently in winning situations (e.g. Love and Howard).  For this reason my teams often feature Kevin Martin, Danny Granger, or Andre Iguodala.

I've gotta say, though, probably my favorite player to use in 2k11 is Tyreke Evans.  He is just automatic . . . you can always drive inside and score with him.  I don't like him that much in real life, but he's loads of fun in 2k11.
