we could use athleticism obviously after watching yesterday's game

we need some actual scoring off the bench

we need someone who is willing to attack

Aaroyo isn't playing unless Delonte breaks his arm, Sasha isn't much better, don't get why he isn't activated

  • Rondo = Good
I think we could certainly do with some Von.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
When Wade sits, Wafer should shoot away..but I don't trust him or Ray guarding LeBron, so..Wafer shouldn't get too much burn.

I think Ray would do a better job on LeBron than he does on Wade, so I wouldn't be concerned by that match-up. I'd be more worried with Rondo on Wade, which I saw in the last game.

I am undecided.

If the Celtics choose to stay big against Miami's small ball lineups, then I say no.

If they choose to go small and put Jeff Green at the four, then I think Von Wafer could be a solid option. Either plug Von Wafer in there or put Rondo in the second unit and slide Delonte over the two. Have an extra ball-handler/creator. Either way, Von Wafer or Rondo, the aim being to bring more quickness to the table.

Edit: Leaning towards staying big for now. See if they can take better advantage of the opportunities they had in the post in Game 1 against Miami's small ball lineups. So no Von Wafer for the time being.

Ray Allen did a pretty good job on LeBron defensively in the playoffs last year.

Von Wafer should only be matched up against James Jones or Mike Miller. Preferably Jones.

I'd like to see Green on them. The only player I can see doing a good job on him is LeBron. Put Pierce in with Green. He can't guard both. If they put Wade on Pierce, have Ray with them.

We need to make the first move. It seemed like we were reacting to their moves in Game 1. Rondo Ray Pierce Green KG. Let them react to that.
