Lol @ this guy. I flew down to Miami for game 1 and was at the game and let me tell you, there was no playoff atmosphere at this game. The seats didn't fill up until the second quarter and even then there were several empty seats in the balcony. I was shocked at how quiet it was in there except for the moments the PA announcer (i actually like his style) told the crowd to stand up, the in house DJ (yes i typed in house DJ. Would you ever see that in Boston? NO!), or Emilio Estefan was playing the bongo drums.
Even sillier was the lack of knowledge by the fans. Some of the things I heard were that we traded away our best player (Perkins), we ONLY have 17 championship in 50+ years (yes, only), and MVP chants for Joel Anthony.
Either way I found it funny that Damion Orlando or one of his friends paid for a Pierce jersey just to use it as a rag. Or maybe they were Boston fans before this year and now its cool to pretend to hate them.
He said you can't win with a boston jersey. How about winning 17 rings?
Pierce is like Manute Bol? How many times did Manute Bol hit a game winner against the Heat in the playoffs? Pierce has more rings and Finals MVP's than two of his "big three" (Lebron and Bosh) combined.
