If I made your hands 3x bigger I imagine you'd have a hard time shooting free throws, too.  The dude has worked hard to improve it.  Only thing he can really do at this point is just get to the line more in games and hope he can develop a rhythm.  My only complaint with Rondo is he doesn't try to draw contact inside more often.
