* Official Game 2 Predictions Thread.*

Game 1 is highly speculated already as fixed by the refs, etc. etc.
But still, point being James Jones killed us, and hit big shots, they executed and hit huge shots, while we didn't, BBD played atrocious as did KG, Paul didn't hit anything and also dribbled the ball of his foot twice which led to KGs and Rondo's second fouls early in the game, and Rondo didn't play any where near playoff-Rondo-esque.

Ray was still Ray and JO and Jeff Green, and Delonte didn't play half bad.

So what do we all think about game 2?

I think that:
-Rondo plays much better, much much better (triple double)
-Pierce comes out fired up.
-KG comes out and plays bully ball.
-It's Lebron's turn, not D-wades to have the 35+ game.
-James Jones doesn't hit more than 1 three.
-OH yeah, Shaq plays.
-Celtics win handedly, 100-87.
(I don't recall the Boston Celtics big three era, ever losing consecutive postseason games, besides you know when.)

I'm looking for a different outcome next game, myself. No way the officiating is as bad this game as it was today.

In a fairly-reffed game, Celtics will win nearly every time.

Miami is a dangerous team. They have LBJ and Wade who can single handedly take over a game (40 from Wade today).

Any other contributions they get from the rest of their team is a bonus.

Celtics have to take them seriously, I still think Game 2 is crucial.

if shaq comes back we win the game blow out fashion if not then we still porbably win with some key plays in the 4th qtr i cant see pierce getting suspended even the ref said it wasnt a headbutt

I expect their role players to make outside shots at home again.
I expect our defense to have trouble rotating to those shooters on the weak side again.
I expect our team to continue turning over the ball and the Heat to capitalize on those turnovers.
I expect Rondo to continue to struggle to score.
I expect KG and Bosh to play each other to a draw again.
I expect our bench to fail to produce on offense again.
I expect Wade or James to blow up for 30-40 points again.


In short, I expect the Celtics to lose again.
