Please let me know what you think, but also please be respectful.

Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

It's not really my type of music, but keep it up.  It's clearly something you're passionate about, and you've got some talent.

The good news: You're a better singer than I am.  I wouldn't call you a bad singer.  Ten years ago if you had played that for your friends, they would have certainly hyped you up and praised your talents.

The bad news: Unfortunately we're all jaded by Simon Cowell now.  Don't bother auditioning for American Idol.  You wouldn't get a ticket to Hollywood.

The silver lining:  If you can somehow turn yourself into a 14 year old girl with rich parents, you can get them to pay $4000 for the "Hanna Montana Pop Star package" from Ark Music Factory... and with the magic of autotune and a flashy youtube music video, you can potentially become the next Rebecca Black or Alana Lee. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xHfRUW99aI  There's hope for all of us, really.

Tp for the link to arkmusicfactory.com That is pretty funny. I remember six weeks ago or so, the students at the high school that I work at were becoming obsessed with that song, 'Friday'. I really thought it was just a fad at that school, but it really did explode...amazing.

As for the song, not bad man. Nice tone to your voice.

You think that's bad - try being in a high school where all of a sudden all the kids in lower grades were obsessed with that song. Fridays have since become one of the worst days of the week, thanks to the chorus of "it's Friday, Friday..." that follow me around EVERYWHERE. :(

Yeah, Friday was pretty rough for the next week or two, but they got over it pretty quickly. Still, I can't get the song out of my head. Everybody seems to acknowledge that it is terrible, but it is so darn catchy  ???

Shouldn't it be "Trying my vocal chords at singing?"
